A new study has found that anti-ageing research should be performed on healthy younger humans, rather than the current most popular method of running tests on older people who already suffer from chronic diseases. The findings indicate that aging processes can be quantified in people still young enough for prevention of age-related disease, opening a new door for anti-aging therapies
